Developed for aluminium joinery systems, the Active Sash Hinge Set 160 Kg – Black safely carries sash weights of up to 160 kg on tilt & turn windows. With the highest load capacity in the series, this set offers safe use even on large, wide-glazed and heavy sashes; it is used on the active sash in both tilt & turn and tilt & turn with passive sash applications and manages the opening, closing and tilt movements of the sash evenly and smoothly. Its adjustable structure allows reference adjustment; the sash position can be finely set after installation for flawless operation.

Supplied assembled right-handed, the hinge set can be converted to left-handed when required; this two-way use simplifies stock management and adds flexibility during installation. Its black finish gives a coherent look on dark profiles, and the product is also available with a white painted finish and painted finishes in RAL colours. Made from a combination of aluminium, zamak alloy, stainless steel and polyamide, the set belongs to the GRADO 5 corrosion resistance class and has passed the 480-hour salt spray test, ensuring a long service life even in harsh climates. With its Euro groove structure, the product is compatible with the perimeter 14 ~ 18 and perimeter 10 ~ 14.5 groove sizes. An ideal solution for hinged window systems, the set is packed and shipped in boxes of 25.
