LS200 Front Carriage
LS200 carriages compatible with profiles with a 16 millimetre groove.
- Suitable for configurations of up to 200 kg per sash.
- Compatible with 18 and 22 millimetre grooves using adapter shims (not included).
- An additional carriage must be added for configurations of up to 250 kg.
- Fixed to the profile with Pozidriv-head screws.
- Reinforced resin wheels designed to withstand high loads.
- Rotating cleaning system working in sync with the wheel movement.
- 1 mm and 2 mm shim options are available to balance the sash height.
- Carriages can be purchased individually.

Developed for lift & slide aluminium doors and windows, the LS200 Front Carriage carries the sash weight on the rails, allowing even large, heavy sashes to move smoothly at a light touch. While its reinforced resin wheels run quietly and smoothly under high load, the rotating cleaning system working in sync with the wheel movement helps keep the rail clean, preserving the performance of the mechanism for many years. Fixed with a self-tapping screw, the product is installed practically with a PH2 cross-head screwdriver.
Made entirely from stainless steel, the carriage offers long-lasting, reliable performance even in harsh conditions thanks to its superior corrosion resistance. Compatible with the LS200 system and used in active sash applications, the product is packed and shipped in boxes of 10.
