- Rotating cleaning system working in sync with the wheel movement.
- A 2 mm shim is available to compensate for differences in sash height.
- The roller can be purchased individually.

Developed for lift & slide aluminium doors and windows, the LS400 Front Carriage carries the sash weight on the rails, allowing even large, heavy sashes of up to 300 kg to move smoothly at a light touch. While its reinforced resin wheels run quietly and smoothly under high load, the rotating cleaning system working in sync with the wheel movement helps keep the rail clean, preserving the performance of the mechanism for many years. Fixed with a self-tapping screw, the product is installed practically with a PH2 cross-head screwdriver.
Made entirely from stainless steel, the carriage belongs to the GRADO 5 corrosion resistance class and has passed the 480-hour salt spray test; it offers long-lasting, reliable performance even in harsh climates. Compatible with the LS400 system and used in active sash applications, the product is packed and shipped in boxes of 10.
