Acrux 2-Part Door Hinge – Black
Developed for aluminium joinery systems, the Acrux 2-Part Door Hinge connects the sash securely to the frame on single and double sash doors, offering an even and smooth opening and closing movement even under intensive use. Its two-body structure spreads the door weight over a wide surface, allowing the hinge to operate for many years without sagging. Fixed with counter-plate screws, the hinge can be used on both the active and the passive sash; its adjustable structure allows reference adjustment, and the sash position can be finely adjusted after installation using TORX T30 and ALLEN 3 tools. It is suitable for right-hand opening.

Its black finish gives a coherent look on dark profiles, and the product is also available with a white painted finish, painted finishes in RAL colours, and anodised natural matt and anodised stainless matt finishes to suit every project. Made from a combination of aluminium and stainless steel, the hinge belongs to the GRADO 5 corrosion resistance class and has passed the 480-hour salt spray test, ensuring a long service life even in harsh climates. With its Euro groove structure, the product is compatible with the perimeter 14 ~ 18 groove size and is packed and shipped in boxes of 12.
